We are a small farm producing pasture raised poultry products, whole chicken and cuts, eggs, veggies and other farm goods. Our birds are fed NON GMO feeds. We have a strong focus on sustainability and regenerative farming practices. We are located in Polk County, serving much of central Florida. Delivery available!

To place an order please just give us a call or text. We process chickens about once a month, except for summertime. We often have chicken on hand, whole, or cuts. However, it is ideal to place an order ahead of time, this will ensure that you get the type of, and quantity of cuts you desire. This also helps us plan and be more efficient. We can deliver your order, or you can come pick it up from us at the farm, or the Lake Wales Downtown Farmers Market. Check below for processing dates and pricing.

Red Ranger

Our “Red Ranger” broilers are amazing chickens for anybody looking to take their meals to the next level. These beautiful chickens take a few extra weeks to reach processing weight vs. the traditional Cornish cross. This extra time allows them to develop much more texture and flavor. We highly recommend these birds. They have richer, darker meat, as well as a bit more tasty fat than boring ol’ supermarket birds. These birds still enjoy all the same luxuries as our white rangers, the bugs, sunshine etc…. We are thrilled to be able to offer these amazing chickens.

We primarily sell our red rangers as whole birds. Although cuts are sometimes available.

Cornish Cross

Our Cornish Cross, or “White Rangers” are similar in breed and cooking style to your typical supermarket bird. However ours spend most of their lives outside, on pasture. There they get to enjoy bugs and sunshine, as well as a diversified diet. This makes for a much tastier chicken, while still maintaining tenderness, and ease of preparation that you are accustomed to.

We sell our white rangers whole, and as cuts.
